Who we are

Who can register

You must be at least 18 years old and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose information you add to your account. Explorer Family does not offer accounts to children directly — there is no child login. Only parents/guardians register and sign in; any content about your child (their first name and birth year, used only to personalise activities to their age) is entered and controlled by you, the account holder.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorised access.

Membership and free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid membership plan (currently available in 3, 6, or 12-month terms), billed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) through our payment partners Paystack and Flutterwave.

Billing and renewal

Your membership renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for your plan, charged to your payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future renewals — your membership stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don’t offer prorated refunds for unused time within a period.

Refunds

Content and conduct
